Fara is a fantastic physio.  She is knowledgeable, informative and patient.   I was seeing her for several months after a horrible ankle injury and surgery. Fara was recommended to me by my spine surgeon back in 2017, and I have been seeing her regularly for 9 years. I am happy to say I’ve been 100% painfree since my microdiscettomy operation, thanks to a combination of reformer Pilates and Fara’s top treatment of my back, with physiomassage and updated exercises. She always checks my progress and keeps me monitored, adjusting treatment as required. I have degenerative disk disease, and so am especially grateful to Fara for my improvement, and for being fully active and painfree all these years. I have been receiving physiotherapy treatment for a shoulder issue and have been extremely impressed with the care and expertise provided. From the initial assessment through to the ongoing sessions, Farhana has been thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. She took time to explain the nature of the problem clearly and provided a treatment plan that addressed both the symptoms and the underlying causes.
